Kim has been involved with strategy, business development, and enterprise transformation for over twenty-five years. He now guides organizations in their transformation to higher levels of competency. In his role as guide, he acts as a consultant, provocateur, educator, facilitator, and coach.

Prior to that he was a consultant with Andersen Consulting (Accenture).
Kim earned an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Iowa.
